Its operations are based on the 3S concept: a dedicated showroom (Showroom), a modern service station (Service Shop), and a spare parts warehouse (Spare Parts).


Project Description:

The main goal of the project was to develop a solution that automatically converts voice recordings of phone calls into text and performs subsequent analysis of employee dialogues to assess compliance with service standards and the company’s business objectives.

The implemented solution provides the following features:

  • Integration with Asterisk telephony.
  • Integration with the Yandex Speechkit cloud service.
  • Integration with Bitrix24 and 1C.
  • Speech analysis using keyword dictionaries and call scripts.
  • Generation of detailed reports and visual dashboards.
  • GPT-based classifier training for dialogue evaluation.
