Project Description: “Integration with EDS” at JSC “DAMU Fund”

About the Company:

JSC “Entrepreneurship Development Fund ‘DAMU’” is a wide network of entrepreneur service centers located in all regional centers and cities of Kazakhstan. The fund is responsible for implementing and monitoring financial support programs, including interest rate subsidies for entrepreneurs’ loans and loan guarantees for banks. The DAMU Fund has extensive experience working with local entrepreneurs, public organizations, and local executive authorities.

Project Description:

As part of the project, bpmonline was integrated with the EDS (Electronic Government Portal) to support subsidy programs:

• Receiving electronic applications for participation in the program from the EDS and sending back application status updates.
• Receiving and generating electronic documents from/to the Unified Electronic Data Storage (UEDS).
• Adapting services for the Electronic Portal Bus (EPB) channels.
• Transferring data/notifications to the user’s “Personal Account” on the EDS for maintaining a service history.

Additionally, within the project, business processes related to the Guarantee Program were adapted in the system.
