Project Description: “Integration with EDS” at JSC “DAMU Fund”

About the Company:

JSC “Entrepreneurship Development Fund ‘DAMU’” is a wide network of entrepreneur service centers located in all regional centers and cities of Kazakhstan. These centers are responsible for implementing and monitoring financial support programs, including interest rate subsidies for business loans and providing loan guarantees for entrepreneurs to banks. The DAMU Fund has extensive experience working with local entrepreneurs, public organizations, and regional executive authorities.

Project Description:

To strengthen control over the implementation and use of loan programs, the Fund’s management set a goal to automate the monitoring process for allocated funds in accordance with the programs of financial support for entrepreneurship. As part of the project, the activities of 16 DAMU regional branches and the central monitoring department in Almaty were automated. The system allows for the following:

Create and manage an annual Monitoring Plan-Calendar, with customizable parameters for each Period.
Automatically launch and select applications for monitoring (Subsidies, Guarantees, Program Loans, UAPF, Grants) according to parameters configured for the given Periods.
Efficiently conduct inspections and fill in monitoring report results for each application in a structured format, with the ability to export the report to MS Word.
Efficiently process the approval workflow of monitoring reports through various levels, depending on the inspection results, using digital signatures (EDS).
Dynamically generate real-time analytics and statistics for both the current period and cumulatively across all monitoring periods, segmented by branches and the head office.
An adaptive Covenants Matrix was implemented to support the monitoring process.
Additionally, the project automated the process of reviewing and approving bank claims related to guarantee payouts.
