Description of the CRM project at Almaty TechnoService
Almaty TechnoService provides services on the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and automation service market. Clients are provided with a whole range of services from project development to implementation. Reliability and high standards are ensured by the correct structure and organization of all work processes. Almaty TechnoService designs heating, ventilation, air conditioning and automation systems.
To make the company’s operations successful and efficient and improve its performance, Sanatel specialists together SofteX specialists offered the alternative of using the Terrasoft system, which is optimum for Almaty TechnoService’s sphere of activities. Specifically:
- The ability to manage various types of projects using a developed and automated Projects business process.
- The ability to conduct sales using a similarly named business process.
- Adaptation of the Documents and Contracts sections.
- Creation of printed forms of reports.
The followings setups were made at the second stage of the project:
- Addition of a new type called Integrated Estimate with setup of a printed Estimate form for correct data display.
- Addition of a script to the Add Material button, under which the system will generate an Additional Estimate with the option of automatic upload to the Projects section to display the work.
- Setup of an Estimate document card. Setup of a printed form to display the discount for each product.
- Setup of a Product card to display the set of characteristics different for each product type.
Implementation of this CRM project will enable managers of Almaty TechnoService LTD to provide a wide range of services related to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems more efficiently.
