Articles / PRINCE2 Methodology
The PRINCE2 project management methodology helps simplify and standardize the implementation process of the Creatio system, supporting project delivery with quality and on time.
Initiation Phase
During the Initiation phase, preparatory work is carried out, high-level planning is done, and a foundation is laid for successful project implementation.
Elaboration Phase
During the Elaboration phase, the project charter and concept are developed, along with detailed project planning.
Execution Phase
In the Execution phase, the development is implemented. This includes continuous delivery of test-ready prototypes. Packages of developed project functionality are delivered to the client in the form of zip archives.

Transition Phase
In the Transition phase, deliveries are moved from the contractor's test environment to the client’s pre-production and production environments.
Operation Phase
Operation is the final phase of the project, the official completion of project work. This phase summarizes the results and documents the outcomes.
Project Team
The project team consists of representatives from both the client and the contractor, organized hierarchically into three levels:
- Steering Committee;
- Project Management;
- Project Working Group.
Project Working Group
The working group consists of staff responsible for the actual execution of the project: preparation, development, testing, and implementation.
Project Management
This group includes the direct project managers from both the contractor and the client, authorized to make key decisions regarding the project’s progress and development.
Steering Committee
The steering committee includes the top-level project leadership. This is the main body for making strategic project decisions. Issues that could not be resolved at lower levels are addressed here.
